Barefoot Training (part of S & L Accounting Services Pty Ltd) was formed in 1996 by Sean and Lesley Kelk.
The business has operated successfully during this time, advising and working for clients in both the public and private sectors.

Our Director - Lesley Kelk
Lesley Kelk has had an extensive career in financial management, business management and information technology, through various roles in small to medium size firms. Lesley has been involved in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector for over 30 years working in Schools, TAFEs and private RTOs, where she has delivered competencies across Finance, Business, Foundation Skills and Information Technology.
Lesley provides RTO management support and develops resources specifically tailored for High School assessment and delivery. Lesley is a registered teacher and her qualifications include: Bachelor of Business (Accountancy); Bachelor of Adult and Vocoational Education; Masters in Education Technology, as well as a range of VET qualifications, which include: TAE40116; TAE50216; TAE50116; Diplomas in Quality Auditing, Business, Business Administration, and Accounting; Certificate III and IV in Business; and Certificate II, III and IV in Information Technology.
VET Resource Developer - Samantha Kelk
Samantha is an experienced educator, VET Trainer and Assessor, and resource developer with a strong background in vocational education, business and curriculum development.
She holds a Master of Secondary Teaching, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Bachelor of Business (Accountancy). Samantha has extensive experience developing and delivering VET programs, creating learning and assessment resources, mapping assessment tools to units of competency, developing marking guides and supporting quality assessment practices.
Samantha brings both education and industry experience to her role at Barefoot Training, with a practical understanding of what trainers, assessors and students need from clear, engaging and compliant VET resources.
